		<description>Gen Y will outnumber Baby Boomers by 2010?  Seeing as Gen Y is not universally defined, and usually much more narrowly defined, I have trouble believing this.  And it is almost certainly not true in the developed world.  It might be true if you include 3rd world populations for 2 reasons - their baby boomers are dying off earlier than in the developed world, and higher birthrates almost guarantee higher populations in future generations.  The opposite is probably true in the developed world.</description>
